hire in the highlands: gairnshiel lodge

In the mystical highlands of Cairngorm, Scotland, a selection of our vases and bowls were used as decorative accessories as part of a photoshoot for a collection of beautiful fabrics by Zinc Textile. The stunning location house, Gairnshiel Lodge, is surrounded by sprawling lands with little more than a few sheep in sight. Owned by a Belgian family, their minimalistic yet cosy aesthetic was apparent throughout and provided the perfect backdrop for both fabrics and ceramics.

Our hand formed Petal bowls were dotted around rooms, considerately positioned to add a homely touch, while our Cassia and Cove Belly vases provided statement pieces on windowsills and side tables. It was lovely to see how the rustic appearance of our ceramics echoed the naive designs and earthy colour palettes of the fabrics.
