Weddings are a special day for everyone involved, no more so than the bride and groom. We were honoured when Studio Porter, a unique intimate events organiser founded by the lovely Hannah, asked us to provide the ceramics for Fiona & James’s big day.

Fiona & James opted for an intimate wedding reception in the romantic and unique hideaway that is the Shadow Room at Hide Restaurant in Mayfair. Nestled away under a beautiful arch, a sanctuary for two was set. An immersive meadow of dried wildflowers and warm candlelight cocooned the neutral tablescape featuring our Porcelain Frill plates.

Made from a porcelain clay and hand-pinched to create the frilly, petal-like edge, each plate is finished in a satin glaze with the softest iridescence, the perfect dinnerware for such a romantic occasion.

As a memento of their special day, the happy couple decided to keep the plates, we hope that they bring back lovely memories every time they are used.
